   December Corn Climbs Higher On Acreage Uncertainty

   December corn closed higher Tuesday with ongoing uncertainty about the
number of U.S. corn acres that were planted this year. July Kansas City wheat
was higher after USDA's NASS Colorado Field Office noted that many wheat acres
may be abandoned in Colorado due to dry soil conditions. November soybeans
closed higher after USDA said Monday that only 85% of the soybean crop was
planted with wet conditions holding up planting in Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin,
and Missouri.
